TheTalentRegister.com, powered by Norman Broadbent, is our online ‘talent pool’ for candidates to register their details for future Non Executive level Board positions.

We recruit to positions in the public and wider not-for-profit sectors including housing and trade associations, hospital trusts, national charities and non-departmental public bodies. Government departments we work with include the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Trade and Industry, the Home Office, the Department of Transport and the Department of Health.

Our commercial clients include Microsoft, West Bromwich Building Society, Centrica, Goldman Sachs, J P Morgan & Co, Shell, T-Mobile, the Lawn Tennis Association, Marks & Spencer, Serco Group and Hilton International.

In particular, we encourage individuals who are traditionally under represented at senior levels to apply, especially women, black and minority ethnic candidates and individuals with a disability.

To further widen the pool of talent for our clients we encourage individuals who wish to transfer their skills from one sector to another to register.
